The Cricket Discovery Suite has been subjected to regular regression testing during all development, white box testing during coding, black box testing following development stages, as well as periodic integration and critical path testing. It has also undergone extensive testing in a production environment. This process has produced a highly stable product that gives the reliability needed in litigation support today.

The Cricket Discovery Suite is designed to immediately flag files or documents that it cannot process due to corruption, encryption, or unsupported file types, and it color codes these items for easy review. A detailed exception report is generated and the Discovery Suite allows for not only the reprocessing of exception files, but their export as well. The Suite’s library of over 1000 supported file types can be easily modified to encompass additional extensions and leverage its power to fit challenging requirements.
